“The first time I saw you, I swore you looked like a spoilt brat.” (Loud gasp because she most definitely was not a spoilt brat.😂😂😂) Maybe it was how she carried herself when they first met. This was told to a friend of mine after a while of knowing each other with her now really close friend.

What is a first impression? It is the initial evaluation that a person does of you first thing when they meet you. First impressions can be right or wrong.Please don’t forget this.😇

📍Be on time. Arriving early is one of the first and vital steps of building your image to another person. Someone you meet for the first time will be the least interested by your polished excuses for running late.

📍Present yourself appropriately. Dress the part. Physical appearance matters because that is the first thing a person sees of you especially if they do not know you. Choose your dress code depending on the occasion.

📍Be yourself. Always be you. There are higher chances of feeling more confident this way.

📍Smile. It is said ” Smile and the world smiles too.” Let it be a warm and confident smile. Always wear it and you will win it.

📍Be open and confident. Do not hide any necessary information. Be confident by standing tall, maintaining eye contact, smiling and having a firm handshake.

📍Be courteous and attentive. Be on your best behaviour and give 100% of your attention.
